How to choose a size for someone else
- Find a piece they wear often and check its size label, or lay it flat and measure the chest from armpit to armpit.
- Compare that with the size chart on the product page: each piece has its own measurements.
- Read the cut. Relaxed, boxy and oversized pieces are meant to be roomy. Start with their usual size and compare the measurements rather than sizing up by default. Our fit guide explains the difference.

When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Order early and allow time for both preparation and delivery. Many House pieces are produced to order. Check our delivery policy and the services available at checkout before ordering; delivery estimates are a guide. If timing is close, an eGift card offers email delivery on the date you select.
Can a Christmas gift be returned after Christmas?
Our current returns policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Pieces must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift cards and personalised or customised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Check the policy before choosing a gift, especially if you are ordering well ahead of Christmas.
